This is the text I have been searching for. Having collected many Yoga books, to establish a home practise with more success at times than others, this text worked for me right away. It is a technical text but it is written as if one were having a conversation with Geeta herself. I absolutely love it, have established a daily routine that is sequential and thorough and highly recommend it.
