Description Aussiespeed American Hemi blower manifold NEW MODEL We have done a revision of our Hemi Supercharger manifold to suit 6/71 GM blowers. We have centralised the pad for the supercharger. The Aussiespeed supercharger manifold for the 354 392 Hemi V8 new part number will be AS0085-25 which is the updated manifold. The New 392 354 supercharger manifold is CNC machined on head faces, blower pad and back fire valve pockets.The manifold to cylinder head bolt holes are slotted which allows for 3mm up or down for blocks running slightly different deck heights. The manifold also has a CNC port profile on the cylinder head flange that is 44.5mm high and 33.5mm wide. Additional port blending can be done to suit your cylinder heads. The Aussiespeed American Hemi V8 Supercharger manifold suits early V8 354 and 392 V8 engines. Sand cast in Australia from premium grade aluminum with a shot blasted satin alloy finish. The overall height of the manifold is only 60mm from the lowest point of the cylinder head flange to the 6/71 GM super charger mounting pad. The manifold is fitted with 2 backfire valves with conical springs in the floor of the manifold that are set at 18 lbs each and use 1.5mm nitrile rubber pads for sealing . This shows the position of the unmachined area that the backfire valve sits. There is a front and rear valve. The Aussiespeed Badge has been removed from the out side of the manifold and is located on the inside of the plenum. The under side of the manifold is ribbed with heavier sections to take the backfire valve spring, the manifold has an overall weight of 7KG. Backfire valve assembly includes 2x steel lower washers, 2x nitrile rubber sealing pads, 2 x high tensile bolts, 2 conical springs and 2x nyloc nuts.
