A large shrub or small tree with show-stopping qualities, it looks at home in exotic and Mediterranean-style gardens, or grown in pots for patio display, where its slender weeping habit is extremely useful. The amazing foliage emerges green with purple tints, maturing to a deep dusky purple green with red hues for the summer. Easy to grow in well drained soil in full sun.
